The Funniest Celebrity in Washington Contest, now in
its 15th year, is an opportunity for journalists,
politicians, sports figures and other local celebrities
to compete for the title of Funniest Celebrity in
Washington. Once one has won the title, he/she always
remains a Funniest Celebrity in Washington Champion.
The year after you win your title, you perform a "guest
set" as the reigning champion.
There are three rules defining who can compete for the title:
